The course deals in detail with the law of patents, geographical indications, and traditional knowledge. It examines the patentability of inventions under various jurisdictions and the procedures for a patent application, recognize the infringements and choose remedies for the same. GI tag eligibility of products is discussed and the different levels of protection available are also discussed. The procedures for GI registration, the various available remedies for its infringement are also dealt with. The various considerations required and mechanisms available for the protection of TK under the international and national initiatives are also discussed. 

course gives an over all Idea about Administrative Law. 

The course covers Ancient forms of Hindi Poetry upto 13th century and the poetry from 14th century upto 19th century. The aim is to create awareness among students on ancient form of poetry and the language style used in that time. Thus the students can understand the basic structure of Hindi language and its development over a period of time.

OBJECTIVE 

The basic principles, scales of measurement, and variables of measurement utilized in psychological constructs are introduced in this course. It is expected that students complete the course with an understanding of various characteristics, techniques and tools for psychological testing. The students are also familiarized with several standardized psychological tests and trained to develop, and administer tests, and interpret the test results. Training given in tests for special populations and multicultural testing would equip the students to perform psychological assessment in diverse settings.
