COURSE OUTCOME
After the completion of this course, the student will be able to:
CO1: Understand the basic concepts of development biology and how an organism develops from a single cell (U)
CO2: Describe different stages of the development of an organism from gamete formation to zygote(R)
CO3: Creatively study the molecular functions of individual genes in early embryonic development of organs (C)

WORLD PREHISTORY
The objective of this course is to familiarize students with the concepts of prehistoric world- especially the climate, flora, fauna and typo-technology of Stone Age tools and also know about various Stone Age cultures and pre- historic art across the world.
CO 1: Understands the various concepts of Pre historic world.
CO2: Identify the geological, biological and cultural dimensions of man.
CO3: Get familiarize with the Pleistocene and Holocene- environmental and climatic changes.
CO4: Get an understanding of the main stages of human evolution and important fossil records.
