Systematics and Conservation Biology

CO1: Demonstrate knowledge and understanding in taxonomy, systematics and biodiversity CO2: Create phylogenetic and taxonomic keys to identify common aquatic species and find out their systematic linkages

CO3: Understand and predict the consequences of human actions on biodiversity and to recognise the local and global actions to conserve biodiversity.

CO4: Develop expertise to distinguish among the best approaches for conserving biological diversity and some of the contemporary tools.

CO5: Critically evaluate the patterns and values of diversity and to prioritise and support conservation of biodiversity

CO6: Identify the tools systematics and conservation and critically engage with concepts and theory in biodiversity science and management from interdisciplinary perspectives.
